Zentro Feedback is MIT licensed open-source software. These terms are intentionally plain and minimal. You own your instance, your data, and your deployment.
By deploying, installing, or using Zentro Feedback, you agree to these terms. If you are using Zentro Feedback on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Zentro Feedback provides a feedback platform where users can submit posts, comments, and other content.
Note
As the instance operator, you are responsible for moderating content submitted to your instance and ensuring it complies with applicable laws.
Tip
Zentro Feedback maintainers have no responsibility for content submitted to self-hosted instances.
By submitting a pull request, issue, or other contribution to the Zentro Feedback repository, you agree that your contribution may be incorporated into the project and distributed under the MIT License.
Note
You represent that you have the right to submit the contribution and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Zentro Feedback supports optional integrations with Discord, Slack, GitHub, and email providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Zentro Feedback maintainers are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, conduct, or data handling of any third-party service.
Tip
Review each integration's privacy policy before enabling it, especially if your instance handles personal data subject to GDPR or similar regulations.
Zentro Feedback is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Danger
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentro Feedback maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising out of your use or inability to use the software.
Danger
You assume full responsibility for any damages, data loss, or legal consequences arising from running a self-hosted instance of Zentro Feedback.
Security patches and updates are published in the Zentro Feedback GitHub repository. You are responsible for applying them in a timely manner.
Warning
Running an outdated version of Zentro Feedback may expose your instance and your users' data to known vulnerabilities.
Danger
Never expose your .env file, database credentials, or admin panel to the public internet. Zentro Feedback maintainers will never ask for these.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the Zentro Feedback changelog and repository.
Note
Continued use of the software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
